My personal results from last nights first try:

It really does taste like mixed berries!

Claims to promote calmness and reduce stress... ✔ I do feel more calm today and for someone who suffers from anxiety this speaks volumes.

Claims to help with weight management... too early to tell but I haven't wanted anything today.

Claims to improve mood.. ✔ I was ill all day yesterday from not feeling good. Still don't feel good but I am not ill like yesterday at all

Claims to improve physical performance...✔ I have tons of energy today even though I feel bad I have been working and cleaning since 7 this morning

Claims to enhance memory and cognition ... ✔ I haven't been scatter brained all day (you moms know exactly what I'm talking about) my add is in check.
