📢 KIDZONE’S TOP 10 TIPS TO GET THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! 📢
We wouldn’t steer you in the wrong direction! We want YOU to succeed so WE succeed. 💜
1️⃣ We accept ONE 13-gallon WHITE kitchen trash bag per household every 7 days.
No boxes, totes, carts, huge laundry baskets, or large black trash bags.
2️⃣ All items must be freshly washed and ready to sell. We do not launder, lint roll, wipe down, or repair items before processing.
3️⃣ Please do not bring items with stains, holes, excessive wear, pet hair, cigarette odors, cooking odors, basement/mold smells, or cracked labels. Presentation matters! ✨
4️⃣ We are currently accepting SUMMER ITEMS ONLY. Anything out of season or not appropriate for summer will be donated. We NEED THE SUMMAAA! ☀️👙🩳 We already have plenty of Christmas sweaters tucked away and ready for next year, guys! 🎄
5️⃣ Toys and baby equipment must be complete, clean, working, and include batteries when required so we can test them. They often go right to the sales floor, and you want your credit STAT! ⚡
6️⃣ Please don’t play “ding-dong ditch” with your consignment bag! 😆 Check in at the front desk and make sure your items are signed in. Bags left outside the doors or dropped off without checking in may be donated.
7️⃣ If your consignments are too large or go over our guidelines, we’ll ask you to take them back and return with an approved-size container. We do make notes on accounts regarding oversized drop-offs, so please don’t be that person. 😉 The rules help us keep things fair for all of our consigners!
8️⃣ We do NOT accept consignments when posted, on any sale days or sale weekends, including every Wednesday during our 25% OFF Clothing Sale! 🎉 Wearable Wednesday is the BEST day to shop for big savings!
9️⃣ Before consigning, ask yourself: “Would I wear this again? Would I buy this again?” If the answer is NO, that’s okay! 💜 There are many wonderful charities that gladly accept donations and give items a second life. Kidzone is looking for clean, current, ready-to-sell items that make another shopper say, “Oh my gosh, I need this!”
🔟 Please remember that we are a small, local staff, and we go through your items one by one. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we process each drop-off fairly.
