Today we are CELEBRATING our 2-year “I Gotchu” date for our village here in Allen, Michigan. It has gone by fast! Looking back we are so proud of all the great accomplishments that we were able to breath life into these buildings again, all the great friends we’ve made since we’ve been here, & all the fun stories that we will be able to share & be passed on💞 We are so grateful for this opportunity to make a difference!!💖

A lot happening lately, here’s a couple highlights this weekend! -
So last Saturday evening on our way to Home Depot we were talking about how nice it’d be to have a golf cart and as we were driving, seconds later I saw a big golf cart(6 seater with a free sign in front!😱) We decided to stop to check it out and saw a phone number to call, we knew it wasn’t free by then😉. The owner answered and gave us a price which we thought was pretty good compared to ones we’ve been looking at some for the past year+. The owner, Dave came out there to meet us so that was amazing! Em got to test drive it and just thought how great this would be for the guided tours. We negotiated a little bit and made a deal!🤗 Dave delivered it yesterday and we have been anticipating on getting it on Monday but Dave had 2 long work days than expected so we were feeling impatient😅 We got to give Dave a whole tour yesterday on it so that was cool! Em had used it rest of the day hauling stuff for Halloween, it was so handy. Em had wanted one since we moved her pretty much so glad we finally got one that will work great!🤗 We are going to be doing Guided driving tours starting next weekend! We are 70% done decorating but we still have 2.5 days to do the rest even if it’s through middle of the night🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m so excited about our event and to see everyone that is going to be a part of it!🥰 We actually got our new washer/dryer in and that’s something I needed since we moved here. We are only able to get stackable in our space and the one we got is a bit taller than our old one so hard for me to each to control dials, I’ve pulled alot of neck/shoulder ligaments while in tippy toes so will need a stool😅 But I’ve already done 12 loads this week so far so it sure has been handy and beats going to the mat😅 Thankful Em mom offered to help get those for us as Christmas gifts as we only wanted to do a loan. I guess Em & I both have 2 big things crossed off our list that we’ve wanted to get since we moved here which would be 2 years this Halloween is when we closed on this property, the “I Gotchu Date!” 🥰
Shops are open 11-5PM today & tomorrow(Friday) if you need any last minute Halloween things which are 13% OFF this week and it is also our Senior day 65+ today- 10% OFF Everything!!🤗

We’ve been blessed with great weather so let’s come out and enjoy it!
Today would be a great day to do a $5 self-guided walking tour and proceeds can help our Village!!💖

Yesterday our Model Morgan, her cousin who I’ve met before, & Morgan’s BFF, Maddie stopped by yesterday!🤩 I love how these girls are deep into fashion & they love our shop so much🥰 It’s so funny how they speak in such a love language for fashion and can’t believe they haven’t seen “confessions of a shopaholic!”🧐 They always have their eyes on the next thing they plan to get & hope it’s still here💖 They’d also would love to work here at Le Vintage Rose and I would love that too!!🥰 They would be the first ones to call when we are ready, maybe this Christmas!!🤗 Thank you girls for always enjoying, being excited about our shop, & supporting💞🥰 Morgan Seagroves Morgan also found my old stripped outfit I use to wear, she did remind me of the original Barbie in that outfit & a Bebe Top/dress, & Maddie found her a vintage pl***oy belt she was so thrilled about! Maddie came to pick up her Barbie like heels that I always had for decoration in my closet because they were too small but so cute & she was Cinderella for them!😍 Maddie is also wearing the Penny Lane Jacket here before!!🤩

Rhonda Legends of Foster Forest will be one of our few talented artists market vendors that will be here Le Vintage Rose Wonka Halloween Event & Night Market market starts at 4PM along with other Artists & Artisan Makers. Rhonda will also be one of our shop vendors inside of our main building starting next week!💞💖💞

Yesterday I felt very tired but it was a nice surprise when Jenny Serrano Piorkowski & Greg stopped by to visit and found a costume for our Halloween night event they will be helping setting up in the Ferguson that day!🥰💖 Thankful that they have been shop friends who care about us💞🙏 We will be in full force decorating up until Halloween now that our other events have happened!🥳
We also have some chocolate dipped marshmallows for sale today made by Kim’s Konfections💞

If you remember, Autumn & her mom came in at the end of August to look for a vintage wedding dress and found “The One!”🥂
This week Autumn’s mom got a hold of me and asked if I’d like to see some photos with Autumn wearing the dress from her wedding and OFCOURSE🤩 I wanted to see our dress(I missed seeing her trying on the first time!) celebrated on such a special day and wanted to share with you too🥰 I had almost forgot about it! Here it is!😍 The other silk dress she tried on that I did see looked beautiful on her as well and it is still available!🤗
