Why don’t online shopping sites and apps talk to us as we are human? Instead we just get dumped catalogs to no end? 🤔

You don’t go to retail stores to go thru pages and pages of catalogs, you go there to speak as humans do! Ask for help, ask questions.. somehow this is lost in online shopping.
