Alright just finished Chapter 2 "Your Love , Your Life, Your Libido," and it was very informative. So here are somethings I learned:

1. There are 5 stages to arousal.

2. What the libido triangle is!

3. Some vaginal surprises( left me shocked)

4. Self pleasuring

5. How to assist with a loss in libido or arousability (NOTE: there is a difference between the two, I learned that in this chapter as well)

I love learning and of course "If you can't love yourself how in the hell are you going to love someone else?"
