We’ve had an eventful weekend here at Old Town Books!

Friday night we had a full house for Paul Tenorio! We have some signed copies of The Messi Effect left. Your book might also come with another very important Tenorio’s signature as well!

On Saturday we welcomed Leslie René ✨! We had a great conversation about romance, fantasy, and romantasy, as well as the future of her new series! We have lots of signed copies of Maggie and Arthur’s Magic Moment in stock, and a limited number of them come with stickers, an art print, and vellum print!

And Sunday morning was one of our personal favorite events, Puppy Yoga! This is a fundraiser for Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, who also provides the puppies! These pups are available to be adopted! And we can attest that they are very cuddly.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our events! We love the community we’ve built here in Old Town ❤️

Celebrate French authors and literature with the French Book Club on Friday, August 21st at 7PM at The Lloyd House!

Lead by the fabulous Nicole, the group will be reading The Most Secret Memory of Men by Mohamed Mbougar Sarr, translated by Lara Vergnaud, a National Book Award Longlist title!
