💡🎄Ideas to reduce waste at Christmas.
To wrap your gifts in a sustainable, creative and economical way, you don't need to buy anything. Most things you already have at home - take note! 👇🏼👇🏼
🌿 PAPER BAGS, CARDBOARD OR WOOD BOXES... Wrap your gifts with cardboard boxes, wood or paper bags. You don't need to buy them, reuse the ones you have at home. For example: boxes from orders you received online. Pretty paper bags that you keep in a drawer. A wooden box that used to hold a few bottles of wine. Get your wits about you!
🌿 NEWSPRINT OR MAGAZINE PAPER.
You don't need to buy rolls of wrapping paper either. Reduce your paper consumption by reusing old newspapers and magazines - the result will surprise you! To give it a special touch, you can close the package using string or a wool and add some decorative element.
🌿 SUSTAINABLE KRAFT WRAPPING PAPER. If you don't have newspapers, magazines or papers saved. The most sustainable alternative to wrapping paper is kraft paper, also known as brown paper. A type of thick brown paper. Choose 100% recycled and recyclable kraft paper.
🌿 CLOSING THE PACKAGE: STRING, WOOL, PAPER ADHESIVE TAPE. When closing the package you can use a string, wool, a piece of cloth... But if you don't like these options, we recommend the biodegradable kraft paper adhesive tape The ecological and sustainable alternative the PVC or Polypropylene adhesive tapes: Celo, Cello, Fixo, Fiso...
