We owe you an honest explanation… and a sincere apology.
To everyone who placed an order with EquiRelief recently —
we are truly, deeply sorry.
We know many of you are still waiting for your orders…
and that’s not the experience we ever wanted to give you.
🧠 What really happened
Over the past weeks, we experienced unexpectedly high demand for our products.
To keep up, we coordinated with our factory and agreed on production quantities they confirmed they could handle.
But after receiving the large volume of orders…
the factory was unable to deliver the full quantity as promised.
This created a serious stock issue on our side.
We asked for timelines to keep you informed.
They gave us dates… but only shipped limited quantities, which is why some of you eventually saw your orders shipped — while others are still waiting.
⚠️ About the product (important)
We’ve seen some comments saying:
"This product already exists, you can find it anywhere."
We understand why it may look that way — but we want to clarify something important:
EquiRelief is NOT a generic product.
Because we own and work with horses ourselves,
we didn’t just take a standard massager and sell it.
We spent time testing, adjusting, and improving:
• Battery performance adapted for longer equine sessions
• Materials chosen to be safer and more comfortable for horses
• Adjustments to power, pressure, and usability based on real use
• Specific modifications to make it truly compatible with equine needs
That’s exactly why we chose to work with a separate factory —
to create something tailored, not generic.
And ironically…
that decision is also part of what caused the delays we’re facing today.
📩 The communication issue
At the same time, we received over 5,000 emails from you.
As a small team, we handled them step by step…
but we know some of you waited weeks for a reply, and we’re truly sorry for that.
We did our best to stay transparent and offered options:
• Wait for restock
• Full refund
• Partial refund
We also shared the expected shipping timeline starting March 3rd, based on factory updates.

Since the issue is still ongoing…
👉 We have decided to issue FULL REFUNDS to all remaining unfulfilled orders.
Many of you have already received emails about this.
