I want to speak today to the women who have spent so much of their lives taking care of everyone else that they’ve forgotten how to take care of themselves.
The women who show up for their families, their friends, their jobs, and their communities, yet often go to bed feeling exhausted, unseen, and disconnected from who they truly are.
Many of you have spent years pouring from a cup that was never given the chance to refill.
You learned to be strong. You learned to keep going. You learned to survive.
But somewhere along the way, you stopped asking yourself what you needed.
You stopped dreaming as big. You stopped making yourself a priority. You started believing that your needs could wait until everyone else’s were met.
And maybe you’ve reached a point where you know something has to change.
Not because you’re broken.
Not because you’ve failed.
But because you’re finally realizing that loving yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.
That is why I created the Havanas 13 ♥️Self Love Club.
Not because any of us have all the answers, but because healing happens when we stop trying to carry everything alone.
It’s a space for growth, reflection, connection, and learning how to show ourselves the same kindness we so freely give to others.
A place where women can encourage one another, celebrate progress and each other’s successes, share experiences, and remember that there is room for all of us to shine. When one woman rises, we all rise, and learning to genuinely celebrate one another creates a powerful sense of support, confidence, and community.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to take the next step.
If this speaks to you, if you’ve been longing for community, growth, and a place to reconnect with yourself, I’d love to welcome you.
