I wouldn’t say I’m “not” growing on social media. But I may not be growing as fast as I would hope. That’s okay though. I love being a small business owner. It may not be what I want to do for the rest of my life or grow enough to open a physical store. But it allows me to be creative and do what I want to do on my free time without obligations from someone else.
I’ve been a bit quiet lately due to my priorities changing…mental health, job searching, finances…I can go on. As a business owner it sucks to be off social media bc that’s how you keep up w trends & continuously expose your business to your audience/stay interactive. But I’m okay & in the workings.
Just giving a little reminder that it’s ok to take a break from social media, even though you may be worried about people “forgetting about you” or “losing your following.” Your off-line life should be your #1 priority. Don’t get lost living through your phone. Even as a business owner…it’s ok to take a step back.
