T-shirt quilts 10/1/24 Current prices. Prices subject to change
Price includes all materials needed for the completion of your memory quilt, including Pellon interfacing, backing fabric, batting, thread, binding fabric and if requested, sashing fabric and cornerstone fabric.
Price of quilt is determined by the number of shirt sides: per shirt (block) if set together without sashing (fabric framing each shirt/block).
$20 per shirt (block)for straight set (not framing out each shirt with fabric)
$25 per shirt (block) if sashing is used.
Cornerstones are $1.00 each.
If shirts must be modified to be the same size as the others, such as a tank top, the charge is an additional $5 per modification.
Quilts made from baby clothes through child size 10 are priced differently. Contact me for that information.
$100 deposit due upon initiation of the quilt (shirt drop off) for throws, twin, full.
$150 deposit due upon initiation of the quilt (shirt drop off) for queen/king.
Payment in full is expected within 5 days of completion of the quilt. If you cannot pick up the quilt during that time frame, you must still pay in full and delivery can be a later date. I accept cash, checks and Paypal.
Preparation of the t-shirts:
Shirts MUST be freshly washed withOUT fabric softener in the washer or the dryer.
If a shirt has a logo or printing on both sides, please mark which side or sides you want included in the quilt by placing a piece of painter’s tape on that side or sides.
Please bring the shirts to me in a stackable tote with lid (will of course be returned).
Deposit is due at drop off.
I will not include any t-shirt that has a vulgar logo.
