Highly recommend the his class for any female over 16!

On Saturday December 2nd. The Stanly County Sheriff's Office is holding the last Women's Self Defense class of 2023. The class is no charge and open to ladies who are sixteen and older. Time is 9:00am till 12:00pm. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Know this class is active and not lecture based. The class will cover the most common types of attacks that ladies may encounter. Class size is limited to 25 students. If you would like to enroll call the Stanly County Sheriff's Office.
