Up late designing and printing labels, roasting coffee, bagging and labeling Cacao Nibs, Guayusa Tea and Coffee for a craft fair in Delmar tomorrow. All from small farms in Ecuador who's farmers have been taught by The Eden's Rose Foundation to grow and utilize the natural resources around them to become self sustaining. Simultaneously these farms are actively reforesting the land with Native Hardwood Tree Species and other Native plant species that provide nutritional wealth and economic support to their communities.
