If you must defend yourself with deadly force four things must be present and remain present throught the encounter.
1 You must believe you are in immediate threat of death or grave, serious injury
2 You must be an innocent party.
3 No other force is sufficient to end the threat
4 You must have no (reasonable) means of escape.
Reasonable in ( ) because it only applies in Stand your ground or extended castle rights states.
