The Lotus Catfe is a cat lounge and yoga studio created by mother/daughter duo, Nicole and Skye. The pair are also passionate about creating a space where all feel welcome and free to be themselves. The yoga classes and the cat room are in separate rooms at separate times! A yoga class is $10 per person and a cat room entry is also $10 per person. The cat room entry includes a free single serve co

In our efforts to save Lyra, we have spent all of our rescue funds. Here is the bill from the last vet, but we also spent almost $400 between the other two vets. We only have $9 left and we need to provide supportive care for the other kittens to ensure they don’t get sick.

Lyra is no longer suffering. 💔🌈 We are absolutely devastated. I don’t know how other rescues keep going after losing whole litters.

She tested positive for Panleukopenia. I am mad at the first two vets for not even suggesting that could be a possibility. I am mad at myself for assuming they were healthy since these kittens were from a shelter and in a foster home and now I’ve put our other cats at risk. 😔

We will not be at Pride Fest tomorrow and we will not be open. We need to deep clean the whole catfe. We also spent all our rescue funds having her tested, humanely euthanized, and for cremation.

On a sadder note, Lyra is still not doing well. The first photo is from Thursday and the other is from June 2nd. She has been to the vet twice and is on the way to Double Oak Mountain Animal Hospital right now. She is so thin, refuses to eat and drink on her own, and continues to have diarrhea. We have tried so hard to save her, but if they feel she has no chance, we don’t want her to suffer any longer. 💔

We have already spent at least $400 on her, so any donations would be appreciated.
