We love a good gourd as much as the next gardener, but something about a hearty carrot says Fall more than anything else! 😋

Whether they're rainbow or the classic orange, short and stout or record-breakingly large, we can't get enough of these root vegetables go into every meal we have from mid-September through the beginning of Spring.

Our current favorite is a creamy carrot soup but we'll never turn down carrot cake at the end of the day! What's your favorite way to eat carrots? 🥕🥕🥕
