Thanks everyone who came out to the ALT Street Market and got food! We love seeing everyone back out and about (now if it only it warm up a little, damn!).

Here is how we did for our first event. Stay tuned, we will be back at 647 Coffee next Thursday for a pop up to get your take home snack rolls!

The roll winner for this event was the potato snack rolls, which we sold out of!? Would you like them again at the next event?

Passed our food inspection recertification today. This included replacing and upgrading the flatop, putting new commercial gas lines in and rerouting electrical.

We are ready for the food trailer season. Be patient with us, it’s been a lot of upfront work and cost to get back on the road.

Every sale this year helps support this business and the two people behind it. We are working endless hours and feeling the stress, but we do it for you because we know we have something special.

We have recently purchased an industrial roll maker to start mass producing our snack rolls. With that, we are now scratch making all dough for the rolls. It’s a long process to make the perfect roll.

What that means for you. All rolls will have less preservatives and we are working on lowering the price for a box of rolls. We also want to offer a variety of box quantity sizes for those curious about flavor that won’t break the bank.

These sample rolls will be sold at a discount so we can get your feedback on the taste and quality.

Our biggest ask for you is to keep supporting us by picking up our products at Fairfax Market , at pop ups we are at and at events with the Rollz Royce trailer.

Karen is now full time with the business and Shawn as started a new career with the US Postal Service. We have both worked really hard with the dream of making this our full time dream business. Your support goes a long way. We appreciate your support and ask that you continue to let people in your circle know about our food and our little dream.
