Our little family-owned business just wrapped up it's 7th season and what a season it has been!!

Muchas Gracias to our community and our beloved winter residents who make our small business exist! Your support means the world to us. My favorite comment this season was made by a born & raised Ajo native last month. He was in Ajo for Play It Forward and thanked us for " helping keep Ajo alive". He said it's because of businesses like ours that Ajo is alive. Wow! I absolutely love our community, I also know that without our amazing winter residents, many of these small businesses wouldn't exist!! So to all of our winter residents- Thank You! Gracias for choosing to spend your winters in our beautiful little gem and helping keep our Ajo alive.

Today the desert heat rolled in (it was HOT), and The Copper Javelina closed out the season with a bang. We had a shop full of loyal customer's and a few winter residents that are headed to cooler weather soon. We plan to enjoy the summer, travel, recharge, create more beautiful hand-crafted art, and be ready to welcome you back in the Fall.

Saturday, May 9th is our last day open for the season! Open 11-3 then closed until Fall. (Wed. Oct.14th).

Mother's Day is Sunday and we have many unique, one-of-a-kind gifts. Stock up on Lindsay's candles, soaps are BOGO as are Melanies goodies. We have many great deals including $2 new, 18x18 pillow covers that I found in the very back of the closet yesterday. Boy did that closet need a good cleaning! There are SW designs, Gnomes, Fall, Dia Del Mu**to and more.

Melanie Scott is at the shop today, amigos! We only have today & next Thurs. , Fri. & Sat. May 9th, then we're closed for the season.

They're are some sales going on in the shop. Yesterday was a great day for many customers as we placed so many items on BOGO and they walked in at the perfect time!!

We're winding down, amigos. We just have 3 days this week and 3 days next week. Then we're done for the season and will take a much needed break. We're already working on NEW item's and they will be so fun!! Changes are coming and we're so excited.

Thankfully I have a glass studio in the shop and plenty of orders to work on. So I am here regardless, and I have a comfy chaise in the very back room. Lol, that's where the hubby & his furry companion Pippi hang out.
