Lakewood 400 Antiques Market market dates for 2026 have been added to calendar. Generally, remember the first weekend of each month. See us and add some cool pieces to your collection. Bring friends. New acquisitions of old stock pieces for Paragenesis Minerals. Several exceptional pieces of iron-bearing Dolomite from the Vekol Mine in Penal Co., AZ. This was the remnants of a late 19th Century silver mine. This group probably collected from there in the 1970s. Not easy to find. Rich, red-brown and sharply defined crystals. I've got about 6-7 specimens available.

Also a few rare and unusual Scorodite pieces from the Ojuela Mine in Durango, Mexico. Scorodite is one of the two "holy grail" minerals found in this classic Mexican location. The other one is the very desirable mineral, Legrandite. I do have a couple of these as well.

These boxes also had just a single magnificent specimen of the fabulous mineral, Brochantite from the world class location of the Dem Republic of the Congo. But this is definitely an older piece since the tag says, Zaire.

These should be prepped and ready for the upcoming December Holiday flea market at Lakewood. Many other fabulous items for the crystal collector on your gift list! Dec 5-6-7. Cu***ng, GA. Link in comments.

Along with a week of having my van in the shop and all that expense... I had originally planned on being set up as Paragenesis Minerals at the Birmingham Gem and Mineral show. Alas due to downsizing, I got bumped. So any of my loyal Birmingham buyers... I'm most certainly going to miss seeing you this weekend. Definitely tell organizers that you want to see me back next year.

I'm trying to get into a couple other shows this fall. Or if you are in North Georgia, come out and see me at the Lakewood 400 Antiques Market the first weekend of every month. Next show is next weekend. Sept 5-6-7. Find me in Hall B -- B-56 & 57.

Traded for a few each of these. From the new crystal zones at the Adalaide Mine in Tasmania... some exquisitely fabulous Crocoite specimens. And some intensely pink Halite clusters from Owens Lake in California. I'll have these available at the next Lakewood show - June 6 - 7 - 8th. Only 3 of each so they won't stick around long.

Show calendar updated for 2025! We are adding a possibility of going back to Athens, GA in March pending date and a possible new venue. We are going to try to do a new show in Charlotte, NC in addition to our 10th year at the Tellus RockFest and the Lakewood market. A VERY busy month! Then in September, the Alabama show will be back at the Bessemer Center for one year due to construction upgrages at the Ironton facility. Dates are Aug 31 - Sept 1-2. Other possible additions might be considered - especially if I can find an assistant.
