I always think outside the box when creating my furniture. The top of this buffet I have had two years. I picked it up several years ago knowing one day I would have the perfect piece to use it on. I picked this well worn dresser up at one of my fav thrift shops on the cheap. It needed TLC but after painting it, using a special technique on the drawers and adding gold hardware and applying gold leaf to accent it I felt it needed more. I remembered this gorgeous top piece was in the basement. We brought it to my work space and added it to the top of the buffet. I painted it, added gold leaf and a beautiful transfer. As you can see it is the perfect companion to make this a one of a kind beauty. Off to The Market it will go soon. Offered at $410 . Each one of a kind treasure in my booths are done with tender, loving care so that your home has a unique decor piece you won’t see anywhere else. I take old, worn pieces of unique furniture and restore it for today’s decorating style. My art is all original and painted on wood so it can be used indoors or out. Again, one of a kind and whimsical art. I also include floral arrangements I personally design and various accents to bring beauty to your interior. I try to use my imagination and think outside the box as I create each design treasure for your enjoyment. 2018 is the beginning of my 7th year creating with a passion. Over these past seven years I have created hundreds of new pieces from old, well used furniture. Why buy repurposed when you can buy new? Because each piece is one of a kind, unique, hand done from beginning to end and stylish, timeless. Make your home have a personality that does not come off the assembly line but offers quality combined with beauty that says welcome to family and friends. I am located at two wonderful shops. Woodstock Market in Alpharetta where I house two locations called Shagbark Creations and a second location in Cartersville called Urban Market Warehouse on Tennessee St., downtown. My location there is called The Urban Farmhouse. If you and your friends want to explore great shopping stop by either or both for fun finds. Both shops are open seven days a week and I assure you unusual decor awaits you every visit. So come on over and shop till you drop! Did someone say retire? Never because once you retire you can seek out your passions and enjoy every day. My passion is creating beauty out of old,worn pieces, updating them and creating art ,then selling them in my two shops, Woodstock Market in Alpharetta and Urban Warehouse in Cartersville.
