Senior Sales Executive โ Real Estate

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader
Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive โ Real Estate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's real estate portfolio and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct sales initiatives.
Market and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
Negotiate and successfully close property sales transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Administration departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.
Number of property units sold.
Lead generation and conversion rates.
Revenue growth and profitability.
Number of client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups conducted.
Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
