a) To build capacity and empower the young people with ICT in the following areas;
i. computers and internet to help them collect, manage and publish useful information to support telephone, online or face-to-face advice services
ii. Information that can be provided in 24 hours day,7days a week, one month etc
iii. Online information that can support community campaigns, such as accessing government programs
iv. statistics to back your record of your local MP on a key issues
v. Using interactive website means members can check information and update it when they see mistakes
vi. To manage your information in a more methodical way and spend little time finding things by using a shared file server
vii. Use the website and email to identify potential funders ,research for bids, access to information of others government programs
viii. Set up a payment system on a website to make it easier for people to donate money
ix. Use free checklists and professional advices from fundraising sites to improve fundraising skills
x. Share information and knowledge with peer informally through email and online forum
xi. Subscribe to specialist online information resources such as children magazine or news from professional bodies for tips online education E.g Health tips
xii. Better access and monitoring community service delivery from government programs
xiii. Make it easier for people to communicate using email, Facebook, whatshapp, telephone, website and text massages
xiv. Reduce missed appointments by using text massaging to confirm times and remind clients
xv. Take laptops and other mobile to provide computer and internet access to support community activities
