Revival of East African Ladies (R.E.A.L) operates a small dairy factory in Kampala, Uganda. We are a Christian charity that gives hope through employing and training vulnerable women in the production of high quality, probiotic yoghurt. Your role would be to oversee production and packing tems, implement systems and processes, train and oversee staff, manage orders and deliveries. We are a manually operated factory so you'll need to be dependable.

Additionally, you’ll be sympathetic to our core Christian values and workplace culture.

Essential Criteria:
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail to ensure processes are followed
- Wisdom to manage and motivate staff

We are seeking someone first and foremost with a passion to help others! In return you will be inspired and rewarded with the personal satisfaction of helping people work towards a better future. We are a fun team, with a lively, cheeky group of staff who we call family.

This is a hands-on role which interacts closely with local women.
