Preparation:

1. Prepare pancake products. If the eggs are large, then three will be enough, if small, add one more.
2. Whisk the milk with a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
3. Add flour and starch. Whisk all ingredients until smooth. For convenience and speed, you can use a mixer.
4. At the very end, add refined vegetable oil to the finished dough so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan during frying. Combine the butter with the dough with a mixer or whisk. The dough turns out to be thin, do not add more flour, thanks to the liquid dough, thin pancakes will come out as a result.
5. Grease a nonstick skillet with oil just before the first pancake. Warm it up well. Pour the dough with a small ladle, distribute it over the pan, fry until golden brown.
6. Pry the edge with a fork, turn the pancake over to the other side with your hands. Fry. Do the same with the rest of the test.

Delicious thin pancakes ✨

Ingredients:

Milk - 500 ml
Starch - 4 tbsp. l. (no slide)
Wheat flour of the highest grade - 4 tbsp. l. (with a slide)
Egg - 3-4 pcs.
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
Refined oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender (about 25 minutes). Boil the turkey breasts in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
2. Cut the breasts into small cubes.
3. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes of the same size.
4. Fry the potatoes with the breast in a skillet until lightly golden brown. This will add crispiness to the casserole.
5. Beat eggs, add mayonnaise or sour cream, add pepper or other spices and mix well.
6. Place the sautéed potatoes and turkey in an ovenproof baking dish.
7. Pour the egg-mayonnaise mixture over everything and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes (temperature - 180ºC). Once the egg is baked and a beautiful golden brown crust forms, the casserole is ready. Take it out of the oven and let cool slightly.
8. A simple potato and meat casserole is ready.
