Preparation:
1. Prepare pancake products. If the eggs are large, then three will be enough, if small, add one more.
2. Whisk the milk with a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
3. Add flour and starch. Whisk all ingredients until smooth. For convenience and speed, you can use a mixer.
4. At the very end, add refined vegetable oil to the finished dough so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan during frying. Combine the butter with the dough with a mixer or whisk. The dough turns out to be thin, do not add more flour, thanks to the liquid dough, thin pancakes will come out as a result.
5. Grease a nonstick skillet with oil just before the first pancake. Warm it up well. Pour the dough with a small ladle, distribute it over the pan, fry until golden brown.
6. Pry the edge with a fork, turn the pancake over to the other side with your hands. Fry. Do the same with the rest of the test.
