Sausages must be cut lengthwise, make a heart out of them and fasten with toothpicks.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put sausages, beat eggs into the middle, salt, pepper and cover with a lid.
After 10 minutes, the dish will be ready. Now put on a plate and decorate its edges with ketchup and mayonnaise at your discretion.
