Cut the pork into portions, put in a saucepan.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, mix with the meat.
Wash the parsley, dry, then chop, add to meat and onions. Put mayonnaise, ground pepper, salt in a saucepan. Marinate for 1 hour. Pepper to remove stalks and seeds, cut the pulp into squares.
Skewer the meat, alternating with chunks of pepper.
Fry the meat over an open fire until tender, turning constantly.
Serve the ready-made kebab with parsley.
