Dead end? Turn your head the other way

Life is not a battlefield and not a viscous swamp. This is a range of possibilities, and in all directions. Personal relationships, friendships, professional activities, hobbies. And in each of the niches there is room to grow, where to turn, leave and start again.

The catch is that we tend to get stuck in one of the areas if it doesn't go well. We go into reflections about our unfortunateness and uselessness, and their meanness and indifference, respectively. In general, there is always something to grieve about when something does not go the way we want.

Meanwhile, a big web is growing in all other areas, because we are solving one problem. Or we don’t decide, we just walk in a circle and feel at a dead end.

So: try to turn your head and step in the other direction. For example, from the accumulated heap of troubles at work into personal relationships. It may turn out that everything is generally good there. This will give you energy, and you will be able to look at problem areas without the usual feeling of hopelessness.

Just remember that life never loses all the fights at once.
