Add sugar or salt to the avocado, whichever you prefer. To prepare a snack, cut the avocado into 2 parts, remove the stone, cut the fruit into small pieces, put in a bowl and season with sugar (0.5 tablespoons). If seasoning with salt, add ground pepper as well. Snack is ready! Spread avocado slices on whole grain bread for a healthy and satisfying snack.
