12 best foods for your skin you probably didn't know - Part 1

Hi, I'm Jane, a facialist. You've probably heard too much about the need to eat healthier to have youthful and healthy skin. But which foods are healthy? What foods are really good for the skin? Here are 12 foods I recommend to my clients on a daily and regular basis:
1. Fatty fish
Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel and herring are great foods for healthy skin. They are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for maintaining skin health. Omega-3 fatty acids are needed to help keep skin thick, soft and moisturized. In fact, a deficiency in omega-3 fatty acids can cause dry skin.
