❗️PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT.
Firstly I am sincerely sorry for this notification my Sangre Grande Community. Had we as grown people allow our self to be guided by morales and good conscious this would not be here. I have concluded this must be addressed because of the extent it has gone to with my name and establishment being lamblasted. More importantly people's health is most essential and things must get better. You can easily know the truth for yourself, you can ask someone that worked there or the establishments she sold at and even the market vendors that bought food from them. I tried to talk to her and her daughter and they made a lot of excuses and didn't take any responsibility, they resorted to telling every single person they came in contact with lies about me and blamed the customers and staff for their food being spoilt. She did not give one months notice and she did not pay her last month rent but rather took out all her stuff in the middle of.the night
Recently a specific business moved into the The Trinitee MarketPlace then moved out within weeks to Ojoe Road. The reasons and evidence are as follows;
- They kept the place very dirty and had to be constantly told to stop throw food down the drain. Spaghetti, Peas, macaroni and the worst chicken guts and chicken skin. By doing this they had the entire place smelling horrendous. They never stuck the PVC connected to their sink so food was always falling out in our walkway and they never cleaned it nor stuck the pipe together
- Too many people were complaining about bad food, parts uncooked, Aloe slimmy, the roti spoil, they got diarrhea etc. I brought this to the attention of the owner and her daughter. They made a lot of excuses and blamed the customers and the staff. They do not like people to tell them anything.
- Gossip, Gossip, Gossip. They ill speak everyone behind their backs. All the vendors in the building. Even their staff and this is 1 reason this is why the staff dont stay. Many staff have had to work in an extremely hot kitchen and no breaktime or lunch plus sometimes they work for below mimnimum wage due to length of time they have to stay working. We all witnessed this in the few weeks she was at our establishment.
- When she rented from Purple Moon she did the same thing to the owner. When she moved from by PTSC she did the same again. Guiaco et , She leaves people place nasty and goes open her business elsewhere, while speaking wickedly about where she was seeking empathy from lies while decieving people. This is how they have been for years. I felt it a necessity to show this to our Sangre Grande Community so
cofusion and lies can be clarified. I will do another video post to show the state of how they left the my place.
