COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL
Hello beautiful friends today I’d like to introduce our La Narosa Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil. The coconuts were sourced from coconut estates in Mayaro and
we extracted this without the use of heat which helps to retain more nutrients. As a beauty tool cold pressed coconut oil contains a combination of Fatty Acids .

How is this useful ?
These acids are found in fats and oils but are also a key component of the stratum corneum, the outer protective layer of your skin. So the idea that adding more fatty acids to your skin could help improve the look and function of that layer makes sense.

Lavender Latte so many wonderful uses !
Numerous studies have reported that lavender’s essential oils may be beneficial in a number of conditions, including migraines, headaches, depression, anxiety, mood swings, fear, and exhaustion. Lavender can also be used during labor, and it has been found to be useful for eczema and dermatitis. In addition, lavender has been used to treat cancer in the breast, liver and spleen.
For the latte ( in photo )
1 - 2 cups of almond milk
1/2 cup food grade lavender
In a pot put the milk to boil make sure it gets really hot and starts to bubble slightly then add the food grade lavender .
You may add a little honey to sweeten , note because of the type of milk it may not gather much froth at the top . You may add additional creamer for extra froth. Drop in a few real lavender buds to enhance the flavour / decorate !
