(French pronunciation, joy of living) is a French phrase often used in English to express a cheerful enjoyment of life; an exultation of spirit.
“'Tis the season to be jolly...” and to celebrate the beauty of life, traditions, family and happiness. It is a time of stimulating all the senses and Joie de Vivre.
Using fragrance can be traced all the way back to the Three Wise Men who carried myrrh and frankincense whilst following the star of Bethlehem to celebrate the life of their newborn king.
Since the 14th century, France has been the European center of perfume manufacturing. The French way of life which celebrates the Joie De Vivre is the essence of “Elegant Parisian”.
