Our rarest ever coffee from Kiss the Hippo.

1) Colombia, Jardines Del Eden, Wush Wush

Producer: Felipe Arcila
Cultivar : Orange Striped Wush Wush
Process: EF2 (Extended Natural Fermentation)
Expect notes of Strawberry Elderflower, Candied Lemon

We're thrilled to present an exceptionally rare and exotic Orange Striped Wush Wush variety, cultivated and processed at Jardines del Eden by Felipe Arcila, the founder of Cofinet.

Only 24kg was produced in this harvest from 1,500 coffee trees, but what these trees lack in yield they make up for in flavour intensity. Upon sampling the coffee, we were instantly captivated by its clean flavour profile, vibrant acidity and delightful candied sweetness.

This is a truly special coffee that you won’t want to miss.

Expect notes of Peach, Tamarind, Honey

Jardines del Edén is Cofinet’s flagship farm, where they focus on growing exotic coffee varieties and trying out experimental processing methods. The farm's fertile, mineral-rich soil, steady supply of rain, and slightly cooler-than-usual microclimate create an ideal environment for truly special coffee.

Expect an extremely sweet coffee with classic stone fruit and jasmine florals, alongside tamarind and berries. Delicious!
