( #ไส้อั่ว) is a kind of local, northern-Thai style sausage stuffed with pork, fragrant herbs and chili paste.
What we chose to be served on our she|f are
🐷Awarded, original Sai Oua which Uncle Somkid (ลุงสมคิด), the chef, makes his own chili paste, delicately cuts and carefully checks every fruit of chili to make sure they are free of black mold that may be the source of deadly Alphatoxins!
🍄‍🟫Vegan Sai Oua by P’Tim (พี่ติ๋ม) - our neighbor vegan chef, with TVP, mushrooms, tofu sheets, all herbs and chili paste enriching the taste and smell as much as the original ones.
