Le Coquille D'Oc, 2012 - Chardonnay / Sauvignon Blanc / Muscat / Viognier ($22)

A deliciously drinkable blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Viognier. Fresh, zingy citrus fruit flavours and wonderfully peachy aromatics combine with a surprisingly rich finish making this a perfect light lunchtime white.

Grains de Sauvignon 2013, 13% - Sauvignon Blanc ($22)

A classic dry white wine with vibrant aromas and a finish which continues to stimulate the palate long after each mouthful. Best served with grilled fish.

Viognier Classique, 2012, 13% ($26)

Pale yellow wine with intense and complex aromatic spectrum coming from its tropical fruit and honey notes. Long lasting and elegant after taste is provided by its medium body and fresh acidity, It combines perfectly with appetisers, light entrées and with seafood.

Barrel Selection Rousanne, 2011 - (Barrel Aged) ($28)

Full-bodied with creamy, nutty characteristics and an extremely long finish create a rich, complex roussanne with an exotic mix of fruit and spice, good acidity and a luxurious finish. The freshness of the fruit provides hints of melon and the barrel aging has created vanilla notes and a smoky richness. We suggest drinking this wine with creamy chicken or pasta dishes and with seafood.

Le Marin Blanc, 2012- Roussanne / Marsanne / Viognier ($32)

A nose of white melon, pear drops and sweet vanilla, good acidity and balance up front followed by rich, caramel flavours and a glycerol-smooth finish. Enjoy with or without food.

Rose

Baronnie de Coussergues Rose, 2013, 13% - Cabernet franc / Grenache ($14)

Fresh rose with a strawberry hue and intense blackcurrent and cherry aromas on the nose and red fruit flavour. Great with lunch, especially if dinning outside.

Envies De Capages Rose, 2013, 12.5% - Grenache ($20)

A sunshine wine, subtle and fruity - excellent with salads and pizza

Rose Garrigue, 2013, 13% - Grenache / Syrah ($25)

Red

Le Petit Pont, 2012, 12.5% - Grenache / Cinsault / Cabernet Sauvignon ($12)

Garnet-red coloured with spicy aromas of ripe red fruit, well rounded with smooth berries in the mouth - to be drunk young to fully appreciate its fruitiness. A good match with beef or lamb, especially with barbecue or chilli sauces.

Domaine de Medeilhan, 2012, 13% - Merlot / Grenache / Petit Verdot / Syrah ($16)

Deep dark red colour with fresh aromas of black current and blackberries, giving a powerful and velvety taste and feel in the mouth with a well rounded finish. Matures nicely once opened with fruit notes strengthening, perfect for enjoying over several courses - an excellent accompaniment to cheese

Le Coquille D'Oc, 2011 - Syrah / Grenache ($22)

A syrah-dominant blend. It is deep ruby red in colour and has a raspberry jam, chocolate and rich mocha nose. On the palate the wine has more obvious blackberry fruit, spice and pepper. It has round tannins and a generous finish. Great at any time!

Preignes Pinot Noir ($20), 2012, 12.5% - Pinot Noir ($22)

Vintage star, the pinot noir is truly suitable to all wine styles. Fruity or concentrated? Discover a beautiful example where fruit and freshness nicely mix. A tender luminous red in colour, with fragrances of morello cherry announcing a crunchy structure and refreshing red fruits scents.

Preignes Tradition Syrah Des Pins, 2012, 13% - Syrah ($25)

With an intense ruby tinted colour, this 100% Syrah varital presents complex aromas of black fruits followed by hints of vanilla, with a rich and full feel in the mouth interwoven with soft tannins. It is an ideal companion for roasted and strong and spicy courses.

Prestige, Cabernet Sauvignon du Puits, 2011, 13% - Cabernet Sauvignon ($26)

A dark ruby, deep and intense wine, marked with explosions of red fruits, and a spicy nose, with traces of green pepper. Mature, expansive and corpulent, highly concentrated and unctuous! Red meat and strong sauces.

Derniers Cepages, 2011 - Cabernet Sauvignon / Syrah (Oak Aged) ($35)

A blend of concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon and silky, smooth Syrah gives this wonderful wine a deep, dark brick red colour, and is a prime example of the flavour and quality of fruit that can be achieved using a combination of meticulous viticulture and exposure to lots of sunshine. A wonderfully powerful and complex mix of jammy, black fruit, peppermint and spice, expressive and long with smooth, round tannins and well-integrated oak. The fruit flavours of blackberry and plum are combined with spicy black pepper, suggested matching of roast beef or lamb, with a barbecue or with strong cheese. Suitable for laying down - drink by 2015!

Preignes Collection, 2009, 12.5% Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Petit Verdot ($50)

Rich and fruity with the backbone of a well balanced structure, this blend offers the pleasant experience of a developed body and the velvety feeling of sweet and mature tannins. Great with hearty stews, stir fried beef and mature cheese.

Le Pinacle, 2011 - Syrah (Oak Aged) ($55)

Opaque, almost black red, Le Pinacle or 'the pinnacle' is the highest point of the tower on the Chateau at Domaine Sainte Rose thus, symbolically, this superbly structured Syrah is the top of their red wine range. The wine is made in the Cotes Rotie style of the Rhone Valley thus the Syrah was co-fermented with 5% of the white grape variety Viognier. After gentle extraction and pressing, this wine spent twelve months aging in French oak barrels. Magnificently rich plum jam and liquorice aromas with hints of dark chocolate, lead to big, expressive and intense flavours. Black fruit dominates but is combined with mocha and coffee., which provides a round, smooth finish. Lay down until 2018 and let follow the progress of the wine as it mellows with age.
