Neal Kapaloric is a 29 year-old RC pilot from Tennessee, USA, and one of the most exciting pilots in the hobby today. Known for his aggressive, low-altitude 3D flying style and precise aircraft control, Neal has built a strong reputation within the RC community as a pilot who consistently pushes both himself and his aircraft to the limit.

Sponsored by one of the world's leading high-performance aerobatic aircraft manufacturers, Neal has spent years flying some of the most demanding 3D aircraft available, developing exceptional skills in advanced aerobatics, aircraft setup, and flight performance optimization. His flying combines precision, confidence, and creativity, making him a favorite among spectators and fellow pilots alike.

Beyond his flying abilities, Neal is passionate about every aspect of the hobby. Meet Oskar Stempihar 🇸🇮 - MIBO Jets TEAM

Oskar is 24 Years old, and comes from Slovenia. He was introduced to RC models at a very young age. Growing up in a family where model aircraft were part of everyday life, he developed a passion for aviation long before he could fully understand the engineering behind it. His father, Bogo Stempihar, founded MIBO Modeli, which meant that Oskar practically grew up surrounded by composite parts, gliders, and jet models.

What started as helping in the workshop and assembling small gliders soon evolved into a lifelong passion for designing, building, testing, and flying RC planes. Over the years, Oskar became deeply involved in the development and testing of numerous MIBO projects. Through this work, he gained extensive experience in aircraft design, composite manufacturing, flight testing, and performance optimization.

As one of the key members and a driving force behind the MIBO Jets team, Oskar has been heavily involved in the development of the X-35 project from its earliest stages. He was an important part of the team responsible for building and assembling the first prototype, spending countless hours in the workshop helping transform the initial concept into a flying aircraft.

Today, Oskar proudly represents MIBO Jets at international events, airshows, competitions, and trade fairs around the world.
For Oskar, every aircraft tells a story of passion, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Being part of the MIBO Jets family remains both an honor and a constant source of motivation as he continues to explore new ideas, develop future projects, and help shape the next generation of MIBO aircraft.

Meet Max Schild 🇩🇪 - MIBO Jets Team

Max Schild is 27 years old has been passionate about aviation from a very young age. He began building and flying model aircraft at the age of five, developing an early fascination for aircraft technology, engineering, and the world of aviation.

After completing his training as an aircraft mechanic, Max started his professional career in aircraft maintenance at one of Germany’s most renowned airlines Lufthansa, where he continues to work today. His strong technical background, precision, and dedication make him a highly valuable part of the team.

Although he no longer flies model aircraft as frequently as before, model aviation remains one of his lifelong passions and continues to play an important role in his life.

Max also played a key role in the development of the X-35 project. He was one of the main people responsible for assembling and preparing the prototype, contributing countless hours of work, technical expertise, and attention to detail throughout the development process. His hands-on experience, problem-solving mindset, and commitment were an important part of bringing the X-35 from concept to reality.

Today, Max is very excited to be part of the MIBO JETS team and is already looking forward to the next projects, future developments, and many more builds together with the entire team.

Meet Moritz Rudolph 🇩🇪 – MIBO Jets Team

Our team pilot Moritz Rudolph is 19 years old and comes from the Munich area. Moritz has been active in RC model aviation since he is three years old. His main focus is 3D aerobatics, while he is also actively involved with jets, gliders, helicopters, and scale models. In short, he is passionate about the full diversity of model aviation.

In addition to model flying, Moritz is also active in full-scale gliding and already holds an SPL license. With his next goal being the Private Pilot License (PPL), he continues to consistently pursue his path in aviation.

His passion for flying was practically placed in his cradle, as both his grandfather and his father were active in model aviation, while his father is also a flight instructor in full-scale aviation. International flying days, events, and appearances at a wide variety of airfields are now a natural part of Moritz’s journey.

Alongside his flying skills, he also brings extensive experience in social media and content creation. Many of the photos, videos, and social media posts are created directly by him, combining his enthusiasm for model aviation with creative media content.

Moritz is very excited to be part of the MIBO Jets team and sees great potential in the future collaboration.
