I don't think I have ever properly introduced myself.
I am Uroš, and I transform fallen branches into bespoke products.
My journey began with a lifelong passion for woodworking,
momentarily sidelined by the demands of life.
However, after a period of near burnout, I returned to my roots – quite literally – rediscovering the profound connection to wood and the restorative focus found in my workshop.
From my small-scale workshop near Kranj, I handpick each branch from our family-owned forest, selecting pieces that have fallen naturally, bearing the weight of years. This commitment ensures every creation is not just sustainable but carries an authentic story within its grain.
My work, under the name ReCraf, began with an Etsy shop in 2018. Now, in 2025, I am dedicating more space and attention to this passion, ensuring each piece is truly one of a kind. My workshop remains intentionally small and hands-on, guaranteeing that every light fixture is a one-of-a-kind creation, imbued with soul and craftsmanship.
