As recorded in 1 Kings 17, the widow had one last portion of oil to make bread for a last meal with her son. By faith, she gave that portion to God's prophet, Elijah. Since that time, she saw no lack, according to God's word. God gave her the strength needed in a time of famine. Each time she looked at her oil bottle, it would remind her of such an awesome experience of God's strengthening.

May this oil dispenser point us to acknowledge and lean on our true strength, the LORD Jesus Christ, that we may go forth by faith like the widow and trust in His word through all difficulties.

For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth. Sometime back, I had a burden to create something for students. With a growing emphasis on AI and "work-life" balance, there may be a tendency to forget that God's pattern is for us to work, and to work with all our might in where He places us. In this exam season, may Ecclesiastes 9:10 strengthen the hearts of young students or seasoned workers, in pursuing God's glory in the work provided for them.

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psalms 55:22

We all know by experience that sustaining life not as easy as giving food, water and oxygen. In this life, our hearts are often put through situations where we meet breaking points. Critical illness, feelings of loneliness, battles with stubborn hearts, even the fear of the unknown, etc. King David had many such moments, and one of them was when he had to be in exile as he ran away from his own son. His counsellor and friend (Ahithophel) had betrayed him. When faced with such tremendous heartache and burdens in the heart, we are exhorted to "cast our burdens" upon the Lord. This is His chosen method to sustain His children: to take on the full load that weighs us down. May each time we use this bag serve as a reminder of how we have this wonderful God who can carry all our burdens and sustain us through it all. (write up on packaging)
