The production technique have been inheritted in family
for over century. The palm sugar production is not simple as we may think.
The raw sugar has to be extract from coconut blosom on the coconut trees little by little from early in the morning and before sunset in the evening time.
Then they will be boiling until dry and sticky. the prodcution has to continue even during rainy season while the trees are slippery and diffictult to be climbed on and
collecting the raw sugar is very difficult. Boiling proces also hard because raindrops will wet the content, and
it will take longer time to be done.

How to success in importing

Seller (exporter) must be trustworthy or you might need to have someone on site to take care make sure you get what you are paying for. You may have to pay extra cost for the handeling of process to make sure. but this is an insurance for you. However, if you know the exporter well enough, then you may go without any control. that is up to the relationship you may have with them. But remember onething if you are just one customer buying small quantity with tough negotiating prices, and unfair payment policy, you will end up with bad products becoming garbage when arriving.
