Lager- och logistikansvarig sökes till Hansen & Jacob AB – ett premiumvarumärke för herrkläder.

Vi söker en självgående och strukturerad lager- och logistikansvarig som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för våra flöden inom lager, inköp och distribution.

I rollen ansvarar du för att planera och följa upp in- och utleveranser, säkerställa god lagerkontroll samt hantera löpande logistikrelaterade processer. Arbetet omfattar även bokning av transporter, uppföljning av leveranser, inventering, inköpskontroll, viss fakturahantering samt kontakt med leverantörer, kunder och externa samarbetspartners.

Du kommer också arbeta med dokumentation kopplad till export och tull samt bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera våra arbetssätt.

Vi är ett mindre företag, vilket innebär att rollen är bred och varierad, även andra administrativa uppgifter utanför ditt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde kan förekomma.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har ett sinne för siffror, mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och övriga Officeprogram samt är van att arbeta i digitala, papperslösa flöden. Du har god systemvana samt behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av lager och logistikarbete är en förutsättning för tjänsten medan erfarenhet av affärssystemet Pyramid är meriterande.
