Linikini Swim Swimwear handmade in Sweden by Linda Abrahamsson, designer, owner, maker. All swimwear are made in my studio, Örebro, Sweden.

Linikini Independent Designs is a Swedish independent company founded by self taught seamstress and designer Linda Abrahamsson in 2011.

‘Between years 2009 and 2012 I made several trips and spent a lot of time on the Hawaiian Island Oahu. My love for surfing was born and as getting more into it, it didn't take long to figure out that a bikini that stays fit on your body while surfing is a must ha

ve for full concentration while catching a wave. Practical and stylish does not always go together and after having trouble finding bikinis that suited my own body and taste I decided to start making my own. Once you find the love for surfing and have felt the Hawaiian vibe it's hard to just leave it all behind. So with the dream of run my own company and to be able to have a taste of summer year round in the season changing Sweden I decided to make my own bikini label. Except from the blending of Linda and bikini, the name Linikini is mostly inspired by one of Oahu’s most beautiful beaches, Lanikai beach. Growing up I remember I especially admired people that did things in their own way. It was all from musicians to entrepreneurs who were totally involved in their projects and not afraid to go outside the box. As getting older it became clear that my interest in those people was a reflection on myself. I love to see what can be evolved from scratch, try out new ways to be creative and what can be learned along the way. With no professional background or education in what I do, me and my business have evolved a lot since I started and I still learn new things everyday. When you are wearing a Linikini you are not just wearing a bikini, you wear something that represent You. A lifestyle brand with the values of vitality, creativity, love and an open mind. Be kind, respect each others differences and remember that the biggest gift you can give is love and a smile, it's universal and it's free.’

Hi! I have gained some new followers and prob some that will stop by here because of the market so I will just take the time to introduce myself short. My name is Linda and I’m the owner, designer and maker of Linikini Swimwear. I’m situated in Örebro, Sweden where I have my sewing studio.
I started my company around ten years ago. It was born out of a combination of having a hard time finding bikinis that suited my body, my drive to create and last but not least my love for the Hawaiian islands where I was travelling back and forth to during a couple of years.

Besides my bikini business, after years of studies I now work as a construction engineer where I ended up working with maintenance of Swedish bridges. So having my hands full at the moment balancing my daytime job with my swimwear business, it’s a challange but for me a really good balance. Other things that gives me energy and inspiration in life is music, nature, laugther, dogs, family and friends, surfing, sunny days, the ocean, meeting new people and places, enjoy life and my pretty new found love and passion to play the drums.

Hi! I’m Linda and I’m the one who is behind all this swimwear. I live in the Swedish mid-size town Örebro just behind a castle where I also have my studio. I started my company about ten years ago. It was born out of a combination of having a hard time finding bikinis that suited my body, my drive to create and last but not least my love for the Hawaiian islands where I was travelling back and forth to during a couple of years.
Besides my bikini-bubble I’m just about to finish up my degree as a construction engineer. For me personally it’s the perfect balance of two things I’m really passionate about, buildings and bikinis.
Other things in my life that makes me happy is good music, nature, inspiriation, dogs, the ocean, spending time with the ones that I love and just enjoy life.
Thankful for everyone of you that buys my creations, gives me beautiful compliments, likes, comments, follows and overall supporting. Without you I couldn’t do what I do! Thank you! 🖤
