***PRODUCT RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT***
1. Only defective products can be replaced within 24 hours upon received. Change in specification due to product defect is NOT allowed. The item will be replaced by the same model, size and color
3. All returned defective products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging.
4. We will send a product replacement after the return product has completed our receiving/inspection process.
5. Lost or damaged item during delivery is not covered by the replacement policy. This is courier's responsibility so make sure that you keep your tracking information.
6. If there will be change of size after shipping or mitup delivery, the customer is responsible to pay charges for transportation fee as well as the shipping fee back and fort.
7. No rush shipping.
