Hello! My name is Vladimir and I’m the owner of TakeBall store.
This year is a struggle to most of us and while we go through these trials and tribulations I’d like to thank you for your purchases and interest in our shop.
At the start of our a small business we emphasized to be open and honest with our customers all the way through. We know that our clients are passionate and we try our best to deliver only authentic and quality products.
Most of all we appreciate the bravery of our international buyers to purchase from us despite any circumstances
including reputation, handling time and delivery dates.
Unfortunately almost all of our international packages that were sent in the last three months are in hold of our country’s national post carrier.

We weren’t informed of the carrier’s problems to deliver to our international customers.
It’s our fault not to deliver your purchases in time and we are deeply sorry for not meeting deadlines.
We are working with the carrier to speed up the delivery. Unfortunately most of the packages sent from March to May will be delivered in July.

We know this is an outrageous situation and we ask you to wait a little more. Some of the packages are finally getting exported and soon will be with you. Some of them will take additional time.
As you know as a customer you are covered with eBay and PayPal protection. The latter provides 6 months of cover if the item wasn’t delivered. And most of all, we trying to keep our reputation as honest store. We will cover all purchases from March if they won’t be delivered in July.
