Welcome to Sukar Qasab, where more than 55 varieties are carefully made to touch your every sense. The year was 1907 when a very young, teenaged boy, started roasting nuts in a room he rented at Papaz Han Eminönü and selling them in a shop under the Galata Bridge. Storing nuts in jars in order to keep them fresh, this was a r

evolution in the nuts trade at the time. In 1954, his son Şakir Bey started to bake and sell cakes and desserts. Since then we are involved in the sweets business, since then we continued this tradition with Turkish delights. Since making the first Almond-cream Turkish delight in Turkey, our range has increased to 55 varieties carefully prepared to indulge your every sense. In addition to the classics, we have green apple, chocolate, pistachio and saffron, coffee, watermelon and peanut varieties also available. Snack döner, sultan's dessert and vizier's lokma made of Ottoman flavors cezerye, honey, peanuts, pomegranates, almonds, walnuts and peanuts without using any sugar are among our other specialty products.
