Two years ago, I customized this Xbox 360E and gave it a new look with a custom acrylic side window. At the time, I thought it looked great… but there was one stupid problem: I completely ignored the airflow. The acrylic window was blocking the ventilation area, restricting the console’s cooling and making the whole design far from ideal. So in this video, I finally fix my own mistake. I remove the old acrylic panel and redesign a new one. Sometimes the smallest detail can make a big difference.
