Oh my! It’s amazing how time just slows down when you spend time travelling solo in a place to rest, reflect & recover.

And the Vilalara Thalassa Resort in Portugal does not disappoint. A beautiful tranquil wellness spa, set around the most beautiful cove just for members and there are treatments galore. But this is not about vanity, this is about digging a bit deeper, having time to think about you and only you. I’ve never done this before but I highly recommend it.

Thank you to my lovely husband for finding this fantastic retreat and realising just how much I needed it.
