Their Tokyo shows at the Budokan Hall (June 30–July 2) and Osaka (July 3), 1966 caused an absolute frenzy, making history as The Beatles became the first rock band to perform at the iconic Budokan and sending shockwaves around the country. 🎸

🇸🇪🎸 On this day, in 1963, The Beatles performed three shows in Gothenburg, Sweden — all in one day! 😮 Shows at 3pm, 5pm, and 8pm filled the Cirkus venue in the Lorensbergsparken district with pure Beatlemania.

The band traveled 500 km from Stockholm — all in one car, with their gear following behind in another. 🚗💨 They later checked into the Park Avenue Hotel in downtown Gothenburg.

Ah, the touring life of the ’60s… No private jets, no Wi-Fi, no backstage smoothie bars — just four lads in a car, a few guitars, and a hard day’s night ahead! 😄🎶
