DUSTY. Now even more DUSTY. 🌫️🌋

Our new Color on DUNE Cappuccino & Espresso series is inspired by the heavy volcanic air that settles over northern landscapes.
This isn’t just grey. It’s the color of cooled lava, volcanic ash, misty mornings, mineral air and endless black beaches. Quiet, raw, and beautifully understated.

Created for those who feel at home in wild places. For everyone who loves the dramatic beauty of volcanic islands, and the calm that only untouched nature can offer.

Each cup is poured handmade, making every piece slightly unique. It is very small series so it’s impossible to repeat it.

I just realized that, for the first time ever, I managed to make this many mugs in one go.
And don’t get me wrong by “this many”… considering the time it took, it’s actually not a huge number.

To me, though, it feels absolutely incredible.
Especially knowing that I make every single step myself, by hand, from the very beginning to the very end.
It’s also physically exhausting for one person. Especially because these six weeks aren’t spent making mugs alone. In between, there are customer orders, countless everyday tasks, and, just as importantly, time dedicated to experimenting, testing, and developing new ideas.
Honestly, I’m still amazed by how much time it takes to create what seems like such a small quantity.
But I guess that’s exactly what it means to care deeply about every detail and every finish.
To me, that’s the true luxury of handmade objects—the hours invested in every detail, the touch of the maker’s hands, and all the emotions poured into creating each piece.
And I’m genuinely happy that this is still how we choose to work. No pressure to keep up with the relentless pace of consumerism and no social media frenzy will ever change the way we think about creating beautiful, functional objects. With care, authenticity, and intention. ☺️
