Recall this once more again… 😘

The hero of July (“Lipiec” in Polish) in our 📆🚲📅 calendar with vintage bicycles 2020 was the French 🇫🇷🚲 racing bicycle “Lejeune”, model Alpe d’Huez from 1983 - because of the French National Holiday (14th of July).
Racing bicycles Lejeune participated in Tour de France from the year 1961 to the year 1985.

Lejeune was presented by Polish pro-cyclist Maciej Paterski who participated once in 🇫🇷Tour de France, two times in 🇮🇹Giro d’Italia and three times in 🇪🇸Vuelta a España. 👌
Maciej Paterski won the first place on Polish Championships in Road Racing in 2021. 🇵🇱🚴‍♂️🏆🥇🤍❤

The bicycle Lejeune belongs to the bicycles collector from our home town Poznań (Poland).
Shotting was done in Poznań too. 🙂

The heros of June (“Czerwiec” in Polish) in our calendar with vintage bicycles 2020 📆🚲📅 were Polish children’s bicycles Miki from 1968 and folding bicycle Karat from 1967. 🇵🇱👱‍♀️🚲👩‍🦱🚲❤️💙

Miki and Karat are presented by Emma and Luka – children of pro-cyclist Maksymilian Bieniasz.

Shotting was done in Wilson Park – the first Botanical Garden in my home town Poznań. 📷🌳🎋🌷🌿🌼🌴🌹🍀🌸🌱🌲💚

S for Shimano ⚙️🇯🇵

In 1921, a lathe operator named Shozaburo Shimano found himself out of work. He decided to open up his own operation out of a 40 square meter space with just a single lathe, eventually settling on making bicycle freewheels. Fast forward a century and his namesake company is one of the preeminent bicycle component makers in the world. 🌏❤
