Timings UK INJURY
Boys. 3pm to 11pm
Girls. 3pm to 10pm
Timings US MVA
Male female: 6pm to 3am
Responsibilities
Receive customer service inquiries
Respond to customer service inquiries
Resolve complaints through phone, email, or social media
Reach out to customers via phone call
Regularly compile reports and submit to the management on overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
Education: minimum FA
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
